Black berries—half kg or less
Sugar—3 or 4 table spoon or as per taste
Amul cream—2 cups
Almond—as per preference (it should be soaked)
Wash the black berries and remove the seeds. Place the seedless black berries, almond, and sugar in the grinder. Sieve the content. Again, put the sieved content into the grinder along with the Amul cream. The mix is ready.
Remember to keep your air tight container in freeze 1 or 2 hours ahead of pouring the ice cream mix. Pour the ice cream mix into the container, close the lid properly and place it in deep freeze for 8 hours. When you serve, you can garnish it the way you like.
