Custard Apple Kesri ice cream


Custard Apple—one cup (after removing seeds and skin)

Sugar—half cup

Saffron—4 (use 2 for garnishing)

Milk—half cup

Cashew—3 (use I for garnishing)


Grind all ingredients. Then pour the mix into a steel container and cover with silver foil or white polythene. Keep in deep freeze overnight. Next day serve by garnishing with saffron and cashew. This ice cream is fragrant and if we have to say anything about its taste—it is a taste to die for. You will be overwhelmed with the feedback you will get from your guests if you serve this ice cream to them on a sweltering day.
