Black tulsi leaf—3 or 4
Honey—half tea spoon
Lemon juice—2 or 3 drops
Water—sufficient for one cup of tea
Put water in a kettle or any convenient vessel. Place on the stove and heat. When the water is boiled, add the tulsi leaves and continue boiling. As the water changes colour to a light green just like your regular green tea, turn off the stove and discard the leaves. Pour the water into your favourite tea cup and add the honey and lemon juice. Your tulsi leaf tea is ready and this cup of tea will not only remove all your exhaustion, but will also help you to tackle your cold and cough. If you like the taste of tulsi, you can add more leaves while making your tea.
