Local Yellow Plum Sherbet

Ingredients: (for one person)

Yellow plums—5 or 6

Sugar—one and half tea half (I have used sugar free)

Salt—less than one tea spoon (I have used dry roasted salt)

Ice cubes–3

Method:

Wash and chop the plums. Discard the seeds. Put the chopped pieces, salt and sugar in the grinder. Then sieve the content into a glass. Garnish with ice cubes, cherry, whole yellow plums etc., and you have an irresistible glass of cool drink before you.
