Rose syrup—2 cups ( I prepare the syrup at home from rose petals)
Water—4 or 6 teaspoons if required
Pistachio —4 or 5 (2 or 3 chopped and 2 to garnish)
Whip the rose syrup, sugar, milk, two chopped pistachios and water in a mixing bowl using a spoon. Take six ice cream moulds and pour into it. Keep in deep freeze for around 5 hours and your ice cream is ready. Serve by garnishing the two remaining pistachios. This is a very easy recipe and the taste of this ice cream is also very good. It is also a healthy, hygienic and cheap way of fulfilling the demands of our kids.
