Sweet Creamy Sherbet

Ingredients:

Ripe and sweet red plum—8 or 10

Honey—1 table spoon

Sugar—1 table spoon

Soan papdi—1 small piece

Water—as per requirement

Ice cream– of your choice

Ice cubes–3

Method:

Wash the plums, cut and remove the seeds. Put the seedless plums and all the ingredients except ice cream in the grinder. Sieve the content into glasses and garnish with ice cream of your choice.  I garnished with kesri ice cream that I prepared at home.  This drink is a favourite with my kids as it resembles an ice cream.
