Wood Apple ice cream


Wood Apple—one and half cup of seedless flesh of the fruit

Sugar—one and half cup

Water—one and half cup

Milk—half cup

Vanilla—1 table spoon (optional because some of you might prefer the unique smell of this fruit)


Scoop out the flesh of ripe Wood Apple. Remove the seeds and fibres. Mix with water for diluting the pulp and sieve. Now put all the ingredients including the sieved pulp in the grinder. Pour into ice cream moulds and keep in deep freeze overnight. Your healthy and tasty Wood Apple ice cream is ready.
